Assisted & Supported Care Service

Our service supported and assisted living care services cater for people with mental health conditions such as psychosis, learning disability, autism or Alzheimers’s. The support we provide is intensive and our care givers are all highly trained in this specialist area. One of the goals of our support is to reduce hospital admissions, and maintain a stable environment for our clients.

Our supported accommodation services help people with complex needs to live fulfilling lives in mainstream accommodation for 1 or more occupants.

At CareTop, people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health illness, and dementia are accompanied with many levels of services and housing management support to address any care needs. We provide patients with personal care and assistance with activities of daily living so that they can continue living as independently as possible.
